Ingredients For blt macaroni salad

2 cuncooked elbow macaroni

5green onions, finely chopped

1 lgtomato, diced

1 1/4 ccelery, diced

1 1/4 cmayonnaise

5 tspwhite vinegar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 lbsliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make blt macaroni salad

1Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.

2In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, green onions, tomato and celery.

3In a small bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add bacon.
