I got this recipe from my husbands Aunt Bev and have tweaked it a little. Now it is the best, to me !

Ingredients For best pasta salad

24 ozelbow macaroni, cooked

5carrots, shredded

1cucumber, diced

1 ptlow fat mayonaise
-
1 canfat free sweetened condensed milk

1 cwhite vinegar
-
1 csplenda
How To Make best pasta salad

1Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse well in cold water until cool. Put in a large bowl. (I use a 32 cup bowl)

2Add Shredded carrots, diced very small cucumber, and green bell pepper.

3Mix LF mayonaise, FF sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, and splenda. Pour over noodle mixture and stir well.

4Chill well before serving. Will keep at least a week in fridge.
