Ingredients For artichoke parmesan pasta salad

8 ozcavatappi noodles

1/4 csun dried tomatoes

5-6artichoke hearts, canned and marinated

8 ozfresh mozzarella, cubed

2 Tbspannie's naturals parmesan artichoke dressing

1 dashoregano, dried

1 dashgarlic salt
-
1 tspparmesan cheese
How To Make artichoke parmesan pasta salad

1Cook cavatappi noodles as directed. While they are cooking, dice sun dried tomatoes and toss them in the boiling water for the last few minutes.

2Drain noodles and tomatoes & cool down with cold water.

3Cube mozzarella. Cut artichoke hearts into smaller pieces. Discard artichoke marinade liquid.

4In a bowl, combine noodles, tomatoes, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, Annie's dressing, oregano, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese.
