This is a quick and delicious salad to whip together , very good to have with a BBQ. I use what ever kind of left over meat I have chicken , ham , steak , pork its all good !

Ingredients For antipasto tortellini salad

  • 2 (9oz ea) pkg
    refrigerated cheese tortellini ; cooked , drained & rinsed.
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella cheese ; cubed
  • 1 lg
    green pepper ; chopped
  • 2 c
    cherry tomatoes ; halved
  • 1 can
    sliced black olives (2.25oz)
  • 1 c
    pepperoni ; chopped
  • 1 c
    italian salad dressing

How To Make antipasto tortellini salad

  • 1
    Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl ; toss with Italian dressing.

    Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
