A woman my husband worked with made this for a potluck once. I couldn't stop eating it! I finally got the recipe from her. It sounds like it wouldn't be good, but believe me... It is! I hope you try it. I know you'll love it too!

Ingredients For angel hair pasta salad
-
1 lbangel hair pasta, cooked and drained

1red bell pepper, sliced
-
1 canblack olives
-
1 pkgfeta or gorganzola, (plain, garlic basil or tomato flavor)
-
1 pkgfresh baby spinach
-
1 mdred onion, sliced thin
-
1 pkgmushrooms, sliced
-
4 lgboneless skinless chicken breasts
-
A LOTgarlic, minced
-
butter
-
1 bottlebernstein's cheesy garlic dressing (if you can't find this, any italian dressing with cheese and garlic should work.)
How To Make angel hair pasta salad

1Cook pasta. Do not over cook. It should still be al dente. Drain.

2Chop chicken into bite size chunks. Add salt and pepper. Saute in butter and A LOT of garlic.

3Toss everything together. Add an additional tbsp. of minced garlic, or to taste.

4Note: I prefer feta cheese, plain or flavored.
