Ingredients For acini de pepe

1 boxacini pasta
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3eggs (beaten)
-
1 Tbspflour
-
1 3/4 cpineapple juice ( saved from cans of pineapple)

1 can20 oz crushed pineapple
-
1 can20 oz tidbits pineapple
-
18 oz carton cool whip
-
2 can11 oz mandarin oranges
-
1 smpackage miniature marshmallows
How To Make acini de pepe

1Start one day ahead.

2Combine sugar, salt, flour, juice and eggs Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely.

3Boil, in salted water, 1 box Acini. Drain, rinse and cool. Place in large bowl, and mix with cooked mixture. Cover, and put in fridge overnight.

4Day two

5Add both cans drained pineapple, cool whip, oranges (not drained), and package of small marshmallows.

6Mix well and chill.
