Adapted from about.com. The recipe specifically says raw pork sausage but I would use cooked.

Ingredients For wurstsalat

  • 1 bunch
    red radishes, sliced
  • 2
    carrots, sliced
  • 1/2
    cucumber, cubed
  • 4
    potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed
  • 3
    pork sausage, sliced (recioe says raw)
  • 4 oz
    emmalander cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz
    greyerzer cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz
    tilister cheese, cubed
  • Pepper
    to taste
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1-2
    hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2
    tomatoes, sliced
  • chives, chopped

How To Make wurstsalat

  • 1
    Mix vegetables, meat, cheeses in a bowl.
  • 2
    Mix dressing (pepper to oil), add to veggies..
  • 3
    Decorate with egg and tomato slices, and chives.
