Another Historic recipe found in that old farmhouse with so many unique and fascinating recipes. I found a treasure of history and would like to share with like minded people. I hope you enjoy them as well.

Ingredients For woodchuck relish

1 mdcabbage, shredded
-
2green peppers, cut julienne
-
2sour pickles
-
2 ozpimentos
-
1 dashcelery seed
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
2 dasholive oil
-
1 dashvinegar
-
salt and pepper, to taste

1/8 tspsugar
How To Make woodchuck relish

1Combine vegetables, (I chop the sour pickles in my food processor) in a mixing bowl. In a separate small mixing bowl add garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, pepper,& salt.

2Add oil mixture to the vegetable mixture. toss to coat the vegetables and sprinkle sugar on top.

3* I found this to be like a coleslaw with a twist from the normal.
