1 Tbsppomegranate molasses

1/2 tspground rosemary

freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1/8 tspground himalayan sea salt

4-5 lgleaves kale, washed and drained

1 lgcarrot, peeled
-
1 mdgrapefruit, peeled, pith removed and segmented
-
1 lgmandarin, peeled, pith removed and segmented

1 mdnavel orange, peeled, pith removed and segmented

1 lgkiwi fruit, skin removed and wedged
-
1/2 ccrumbled feta cheese
-
2 Tbsppomegranate seeds
-
2 Tbspslivered almonds, toasted
How To Make winter citrus salad

1To make the dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended. Transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

2Place all the ingredients on a plate in order; drizzle dressing over sprinkle toasted slivered almonds. Serve 2
