Ingredients For west coast salad

  • 1 bunch
    fresh spinach
  • 1/4 lb
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2
    tangerines, segmented
  • 1 slice
    avacado
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt & paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt, optional
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

How To Make west coast salad

  • 1
    Wash and trim spinach, tear into bite size peices. In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms tangerines and avacado.
  • 2
    In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, honey, celery salt, salt pepper and paprika. Pour mixture over spinach mixture and toss lightly.

    When serving, sprinkle with bacon bits. Enjoy!
