Ingredients For watermelon salad

4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 2 inch pieces

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

1 large tomato, chopped

1 avocado, chopped
-
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

1/2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
-
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- LIME DRIZZLE

1 1/2 limes, large, juiced
-
1 - 2 tsp sugar, optional
-
1/2 cup plain yogurt
How To Make watermelon salad

1In a small bowl add the lime juice, sugar and yogurt. Mix well and set aside until needed.

2In a large bowl add the following ingredients: watermelon, red onion, tomato, avocado and macadamia nuts. Mix gently.

3Season with the salt, pepper and cilantro. Gently toss the salad and serve.

4Garnish with the Lime Drizzle.
