1/2 crice vinegar

1/4 csugar

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1/4 tspground cumin

3 Tbspolive oil

1/2thinly sliced head of green cabbage

1thinly sliced anaheim pepper

1thinly sliced banana pepper

1/2 cthinly sliced red onion
-
3/4 cthinly sliced radishes

1jar (7 ounce) diced pimentos

1optional 1 minced jalapeno
How To Make vinegar coleslaw

1In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, sugar, mustard, cumin and olive oil.

2In large bowl combine cabbage, peppers, red onion, radishes, pimentos and jalapeno (if using).

3Drizzle dressing over cabbage mix and stir gently to coat.

4Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
