Ingredients For vegetable salad

  • SAUCE
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • VEGETABLES
  • 1 can
    french cut green beans
  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn
  • 1 can
    le seur peas (tiny)
  • 1 jar
    pimento (small)
  • 1 c
    green onion (include tops)
  • 1 c
    chopped celery (small)
  • 1 c
    chopped green pepper

How To Make vegetable salad

    Best to make ahead of time...overnight

    Bring sauce ingredients to boil, caan use microwave or stove top which ever you prefer, remove and let cool. Pour over veggies using a non metalic container and stir together with a plastic or wooden spoon this is very important
