Ingredients For tuscan salmon salad

1/2 csafeway select basil ranch dressing

3 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspprepared horseradish

3 Tbspchopped fresh parsley, divided

15 ozcan red or pink salmon
-
15 ozcan cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 ccelery, diced
-
1/2 mdred bell pepper, diced

1/4 cred onion, chopped
-
1/4 cblack olives, sliced
-
romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite-size pieces

croutons (opt.)
How To Make tuscan salmon salad

1Mix dressing, mustard, horseradish and 1 tbsp parsley; set aside.

2Flake salmon in a bowl, toss with beans, celery, red bell pepper, onion, olives and the other 2 tbsp parsley.

3Mix in about 3 tbsp of dressing mixture to moisten.

4Serve over romaine lettuce in individual bowls with croutons and leftover dressing mixture.
