Ingredients For tomato salad

  • 3 lg
    tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 md
    red onion, chopped
  • 2
    fresh chili peppers, finely chopped (deseeded for less heat)
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/3 - 1/2 c
    vinegar (red wine, white wine or your choice)
  • grated fresh ginger to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tomato salad

  • 1
    Mix tomatoes, onion and peppers together in a bowl.
  • 2
    Mix dressing ingredients together and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  • 3
    Dress salad just before serving.
