This is a colorful, easy, and very good tasting simple salad to accompany most any dish.

Ingredients For tomato, mozzerella, basil salad

  • 8 oz
    package pearl mozzerella balls
  • 1
    container cherub or grape tomatoes
  • frest basil
  • DRESSING
  • 6 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • black pepper to taste

How To Make tomato, mozzerella, basil salad

  • 1
    cut tomatoes in half. mix cheese, tomatoes and snipped basil (however much you prefer)
  • 2
    In small bowl, mix dressing ingredents together, wisk and pour over tomato mixture.
