Another recipe from my years stationed in Germany - this is a quick way to use your fresh summer tomatoes or those wonderful cherub cherry tomatoes.

3 Tbspolive oil

2 tsp"brown and spicy" mustard

2 Tbspcider or red wine vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

3 mdtomatoes, halved and sliced (or use halved cherry tomatoes)
How To Make tomatensalat - tomato salad

1In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

2Add tomatoes; stir to mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
