    Basic Vinaigrette Dressing: 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 Teaspoon salt...mix= makes 1 cup For SALAD: Add watercress,fennel,garlic,sage, borage,rosemary and parsley to the salad bowl. Toss with dressing to taste. SERVE
