There is nothing like the fresh veggies from the gardens the colors are vibrant. The dark green of the beans, the bright yellow of the corn the orange of the carrots and the cool green of the cabbage and all mixed together it tastes great.

1 cranch dressing
How To Make the colors of summer salad

1Wash, slice,and blanch green beans.

2Cut the corn from 2 ears cooked corn.

3Slice the onion thinly

4In a large bowl pour bag of coleslaw mix add green beans, corn, and sliced onions.

5Mix together add ranch dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
