There is nothing like the fresh veggies from the gardens the colors are vibrant. The dark green of the beans, the bright yellow of the corn the orange of the carrots and the cool green of the cabbage and all mixed together it tastes great.

  • 3 lb
    fresh green beans
  • 2 sm
    ears of corn
  • 1 bag
    coleslaw mix
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 c
    ranch dressing

How To Make the colors of summer salad

    Wash, slice,and blanch green beans.

    Cut the corn from 2 ears cooked corn.

    Slice the onion thinly

    In a large bowl pour bag of coleslaw mix add green beans, corn, and sliced onions.

    Mix together add ranch dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
