1/2 csugar

1/2 crice wine vinegar

2-3red chili or jalapeño peppers seeded and minced

1/4 ccilantro, fresh chopped

1/2 cpeanuts chopped
How To Make thai cucumber salad

1Toss the cucumbers with salt in colander, drain for 30 minutes, rinse and pat dry

2Whisk vinegar and sugar until sugar is dessolved. Add cucumbers, peppers and cilantro. Toss to combine Sprinkle. Chopped peanuts on top before serving
