This is a great sweet and tangy Southern Coleslaw found inspiration for this in an old clipping from Saveur Magazine. Revised by me. Enjoy this recipe Ladies and Gentlemen.

Ingredients For tennessee mustard coleslaw

1/2 cmayonnaise only, do not substitute

1/4 cprepared yellow mustard

1/4 cseasoned rice vinegar, or apple cider vinegar

3 Tbspgranulated sugar
-
2 Tbspmilk
-
1 Tbsplight brown sugar

1 1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
1 mdhead of cabbage, shredded or 1 bag shredded produce cabbage
How To Make tennessee mustard coleslaw

1Whisk together all ingredients, except cabbage. Mix well and pour over cabbage. Mix well to coat well. Chill ,until ready to serve. This salad is so good- give it a try, please. Note: Can add other veggies to this also, such as shredded carrots, or raw asparagus shredded, or shredded radish and can use red cabbage.
