Tabouli is one of my favorites and this is just another version of it. I happened to have garlic infused olive oil that's very intense, so skipped the actual garlic. Suit yourself!

Ingredients For tabouli salad

  • 1/2 c
    medium bulgar wheat
  • 1 c
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 c
    green onion, sliced
  • 3/4 c
    flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil (garlic infused if possible)
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic, optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tabouli salad

  • 1
    Rinse burger. Cover with boiling water and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain well.
  • 2
    Mix all other ingredients in bowl, add burger. Let sit at room temperature for a half hour or so before serving.
