superfood salad

I love salads. I wanted to make something like the superfood salad at Chick-fil-A. The longer this one sits the better it gets. It will last in the fridge about 5 days. I eat it every day till it is gone (I usually eat it twice a day). So good. I use 2 small "snack size" (1.5 0z each) of Lance Shelled Sunflower Seeds for this salad. It makes a lot so you can cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients For superfood salad

  • 2 bag
    broccoli salad mix
  • 1/2 bag
    fresh brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 2 c
    fresh kale, chopped fine
  • 1 c
    cranberries, dried, chopped
  • 3 oz
    sunflower seeds, shelled
  • 16 oz
    poppyseed dressing, lite (ken's)
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make superfood salad

    Mix everything together in a large container with a lid.

    Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Toss and serve.
