superfood salad
I love salads. I wanted to make something like the superfood salad at Chick-fil-A. The longer this one sits the better it gets. It will last in the fridge about 5 days. I eat it every day till it is gone (I usually eat it twice a day). So good. I use 2 small "snack size" (1.5 0z each) of Lance Shelled Sunflower Seeds for this salad. It makes a lot so you can cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients For superfood salad

2 bagbroccoli salad mix

1/2 bagfresh brussels sprouts, shredded

2 cfresh kale, chopped fine

1 ccranberries, dried, chopped

3 ozsunflower seeds, shelled

16 ozpoppyseed dressing, lite (ken's)

1/4 cwater
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make superfood salad

1Mix everything together in a large container with a lid.

2Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.

3Toss and serve.
