Ingredients For super summer slaw

  • 1 md
    head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1
    green bell pepper, seeded & sliced thin
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, halved & sliced thin
  • 1
    celery stalk, sliced thin
  • DRESSING
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise (do not substitute)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely minced

How To Make super summer slaw

  • 1
    Mix cabbage, green pepper, onion & celery in large bowl.
  • 2
    In really large bowl whisk together, mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, cayenne & garlic.

    Stir in cabbage mixture & refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
