1 1/2 ccorn (freshly grilled or frozen)

1 1/2 cblueberries, fresh

1/4 cgreen onions, sliced

1/4 cpoblano pepper, minced

1/4 ccrumbled feta cheese

2 Tbspfresh basil, chopped

3 Tbsplemon or lime juice

1 1/2 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbsphoney or agave syrup

1 tspchili powder, mild or hot

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make summer salad with blueberries and corn

1If using grilled corn, scrape kernels from ears. Otherwise, combine the corn, blueberries, cheese, poblano and basil in a bowl.

2Whisk the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour them over the salad and fold gently until combined.
