Ingredients For summer cucumber salad

2 ccherry tomatoes, halved

4 mdcucmbers, peeled and sliced

1 lgclove garlic, minced

1/2 tspsea salt

2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 tspfresh lemon juice

3 Tbspfresh basil, chopped

1/2 cextra virgin olive oil

1 tsphoney

fresh ground pepper, to taste
How To Make summer cucumber salad

1Place tomatoes and cucumbers in a large serving bowl. In a blender, combine clove, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, basil, oil and honey. Blend to incorporate. Drizzle over sliced tomatoes and cucumber. Toss, then sprinkle with more chopped basil if desired. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature. Serves 6.
