- DRESSING

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/3 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cmilk

2 tsplight sour cream

2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1 1/2 Tbspwhite vinegar

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1/4 Tbspcayenne pepper, or more to taste

1 pinchground himalayan sea salt
- COLESLAW

1/2 mdhead green cabbage, core removed
-
1/4 mdhead red cabbage, core removed

2 lgcarrots, peeled
-
1/4 conions, finely chopped
How To Make summer creamy coleslaw

1In a food processor, shred or mince cabbage, carrots and onions very fine, to size of a grain of rice.

2In a bowl, mix mayo, sugar, milk, sour cream, lemon juice, white vinegar, cayenne, and pepper until smooth. Add sauce to the well mixed and well distributed cabbage, carrots and onion. Stir and incorporate well. Place in refrigerator and allow at least 2 hours before serving or preferably overnight.
