My husband and I are learning how healthy it is to eat raw.... I made this several times.We like it very much! You may want to add to it....I would like to know from anyone who has a comment please.

Ingredients For sue's original raw salad

3/4 cbroccoli florets

3/4 cchopped carrots
-
1/2onion
-
onepeeled chopped apple
-
3/4 csliced almonds finely chopped

1/2 csliced grapes
-
2 Tbspflax seed oil
-
onelime juiced
-
optional 1 grated garilc clove
How To Make sue's original raw salad

1I use a food processor for the first 3 ingredients.Add the almonds, grapes.

2Stir together well.Add Lime Juice,and-flax seed oil,and optional- raisins.

3Dressing...1/2 cup Kefir, 1 Tablespoon Lime juice,1 Tablespoon Honey.

4I serve this on finely shredded leaf lettuce,and drizzle with the dressing...enjoy!!
