Ingredients For strawberry spinach salad

  • 1 pkg
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1 pt
    fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 to 1
    red onion sliced thin, to taste
  • 1 can
    canned mandarin oranges, drained, larger size can
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    raspberry jelly

How To Make strawberry spinach salad

  • 1
    Combine oil, vinegar and jelly in a sealable container. Chill for at least 15 minutes or longer.

    Toss, spinach, strawberries, onion, and oranges in large bowl.

    Just before serving, shake dressing and pour over salad. Toss again. DO NOT ADD DRESSING UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
