How To Make spring salad mix

1Add the spring greens to a large bowl. Top with the carrots, blueberries, red onions, feta cheese, and walnuts.

2Whisk the champagne vinegar, orange juice, orange zest, honey, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt together.
