Ingredients For spinach and gorganzola salad

  • 5 c
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 c
    lightly salted cashews
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled goronzola cheese
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make spinach and gorganzola salad

  • 1
    Combine the 1st 4 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the Vinaigrette ingredients. Drizzle over salad. Toss to coat.
