3 Tbspvegetable oil + sesame oil (1 1/2 tbsp each)

1 1/2 - 2 tspred chili paste (your choice)

1 clovegarlic, large, crushed, minced

2 - 3 Tbspsugar, brown (your preference)

1 pinchblack pepper, fresh ground

1 1/2 tspsoy sauce, light

1 Tbspwater

1 tspfresh mint+ cilantro + thai basil (1 tsp each)

1/4 lgnapa cabbage, finely shredded

2 mdcarrots, julienned
-
1sweet yellow or orange pepper,diced
-
1/2cucumber, thinly sliced, skin left on

1/2 cbean sprouts, fresh, washed, dried

1 smsweet red onion, shredded

1 crice vermicelli noodles, cooked

1fresh mango, julienned

1/8 cfresh cilantro, finely chopped

1/8 cfresh thai basil, finely chopped

1/8 cfresh mint, finely chopped

2green onions, thinly sliced, fried, garnish

1/4 csalted peanuts, coarsely chopped, garnish

1lime, wedged, garnish
How To Make spicy & refreshing - salad

1Mix together all the salad dressing ingredients, making sure to blend well. Taste to make sure you like the flavor. Re-season if necessary, then put aside until needed.

2Put all the salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss well.

3Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well.

4Put the salad into serving dish and garnish with peanuts and lime wedges.
