Ingredients For spicy hana's red lentil salad

1 cred lentils
-
1/2 ccolorful grape tomatoes cut in 1/4's

1/2 smred onion, chopped
-
1 Tbspcapers
-
1 Tbspitalian parsley, chopped
-
1 Tbspmediterranean spice blend
-
1/2 smhabanero pepper, finely chopped
- VINAIGRETTE
-
1/4 ctbsp extra virgin olive oil
-
juice & zest of 1 lemon
-
1garlic clove, grated
-
smoked sea salt to taste
How To Make spicy hana's red lentil salad

1Add lentils and bay leaf to 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until lentils are tender. Remove drain and cool.

2Meanwhile, in a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic and salt. Cover and shake until well blended. Add lentils and remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl. Pour vinaigrette in bowl and mix well. Transfer to a salad bowl and cover. Chill for at least 1 hour temperature. Bring to room temperature before serving.
