spaghetti salad sunrise

You may think this is the same "spaghetti salad" posted last week but if you look closely, there are different ingredients. Which is mainly the reason why I call it "sunrise". It has the bright colors of a beautiful sunrise. This salad is mostly for the veggie lover!!

Ingredients For spaghetti salad sunrise

  • 1 lb
    spaghetti
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 1-2
    broccoli crowns
  • 8 oz
    yellow tomatoes
  • 1 sm
    red onions
  • 3 md
    yellow zucchini squash
  • 1/2 c
    green olives - sliced
  • 1 bottle
    italian dressing
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil/vinegarette dressing
  • 1 c
    pineapple juice concentrate. mix to desired taste
  • salt, black pepper, garlic powder. season to desired taste

How To Make spaghetti salad sunrise

    Cook spaghetti per instructions on the box, to the exact. [I personally boil my spaghetti in water seasoned with salt, tsp of vinegar, tblspn of veg oil]. After draining the [cooked] noodles, immediately transfer to prepared ice bowl [to stop the cooking]....I learned that one from Mrs. Paula Dean ;)

    chop broccoli chop peppers slice onions, zucchini into thin into strips slice tomatoes in half

    add italian dressing add vinegarette add pinapple juice mix and toss well. refrigerate for about 1 hr.
