Ingredients For southern cornbread salad

1 pkgcornbread mix, baked, cooled and cubed

1 (14 oz) canred kidney beans, drained

1 (15 oz) canniblet corn, drained

1medium sweet onion, chopped

1green bell pepper, chopped
-
3large tomatoes, chopped
-
2 csharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 (8 oz) bottleranch dressing
How To Make southern cornbread salad

1In the bottom of a large glass bowl, place cornbread cubes. Layer beans, corn, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes on top of cornbread.

2Spread top of layers with Ranch dressing and sprinkle with the cheese.

3Refrigerate 2 hrs or more...or overnight.
