Ingredients For skinny egg salad

1/2onion

2 Tbspdijon mustard

2green onions
-
4hard boiled eggs
-
1/2 cno fat cottage cheese
-
1celery stick
-
4 Tbsppickle juice
-
2pickles
-
6turkey bacon
How To Make skinny egg salad

1Boil eggs until cooked for about 6-8 minutes or until cooked. Cut up all veggies. When eggs are cooked cut up into small pieces. Take all ingredients and mix together. It is yummy enough to eat alone or of course you can add a little lettuce, tortilla or bread and make a sandwich or wrap. Bon ABpetite!
