Ingredients For simi salad

1 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspseasoned rice vinegar

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 tspsalt

1/2 colive oil
- VINEGRATE DRESSING

4 ccabbage (shredded)

4 spriggreen onions (sliced)

1/3 cslivered almonds
-
2 Tbspsesame seeds (tosted)

1 pkgramen noodles (oven toasted)

11. Toast noodle in the oven at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes, then crumble into pieces. Put chopped cabbage and green onions together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

22. Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar or cruet and shake well. (Do not use the spice packet from the ramen package)

33. Just before serving, pour all of the vinaigrette over the cabbage and onions and toss well. Toss in the sesame seeds and almonds, and sprinkle the crumbled Ramen noodles on top.
