Ingredients For sauerkraut and bean slaw

  • 16 oz
    can of kraut,drained
  • 8 oz
    can sliced green beans,drained
  • 1/2 c
    onion chopped
  • 1/4 c
    carrot shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper diced
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar,white

How To Make sauerkraut and bean slaw

  • 1
    a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.In a small pan combine sugar & vinegar,bring to a boil.Pour over mixture in bowl stir.Cover and refrigerate overnight.This makes about 3 cups,so you may wont to double or add more peppers.
