1/4 cfresh lime juice

2 ctomatoes, diced

1/2 cyellow onion, diced

1/2 ccilantro, chopped

1 lgjalapeno pepper, diced

1 lgripe avocado, diced
How To Make repello (nicaraguan cabbage slaw)

1Place the sliced cabbage in a large bowl. Add lime juice and salt; toss to coat.

2Add diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos and mix.

3Gently fold in diced avocados. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
