Excellent corn salad, easy and common ingredients. First time I made this, for family and house guests, everyone enjoyed this salad.

Ingredients For ranch corn salad

2 cancorn, well drained, or 12 oz frozen thawed and well drained

1green bell pepper, diced

1red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cspring onion greens, sliced

2spring onions, white part only, sliced

1/2 cranch dressing
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tsponion powder
How To Make ranch corn salad

1Drain the canned corn in a colander. If using frozen corn, thaw at room temperature in a colander for about 30 minutes. Add the corn to a large mixing bowl.

2Add the bell peppers, spring onion greens, and cilantro. Mix together.

3In a bowl, add the ranch dressing, salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to mix together.

4Pour dressing over the corn mixture and mix together.

5This can be served immediately or covered and placed in the fridge to chill for up to 4 hours before serving (giving it another stir when served to mix in any liquid that collects at the bottom. Enjoy.
