Ingredients For ramen coleslaw

2 Tbspvegetable oil

3 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

2 Tbspsugar
-
1 pkgchicken flavored ramen noodles, seasoning packet reserved

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
-
2 Tbspsesame seeds
-
1/4 csliced almonds
-
1/2 mdhead of cabbage

5green onions, chopped
How To Make ramen coleslaw

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Crush ramen noodles.

3In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, ramen noodle spice mix, salt and pepper to make dressing.

4Place sesame seeds and almonds in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

5In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, green onions, and noodles. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and almonds.
