Ingredients For pineapple coleslaw

1 smcabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)

1 lgcarrot, peeled and shredded (about 1 cup)

1/8 smred cabbage, shredded (about 1/2 cup)

1 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 cheavy cream, or table cream

2 Tbspvinegar
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 cpineapple tidbits, drained

2 Tbspraisins
How To Make pineapple coleslaw

1In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and red cabbage.

2In a another bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, vinegar, sugar and salt. Whisk together until smooth and sugar and salt are dissolved.

3Add mayo dressing to cabbage slaw and gently toss together until well-distributed. Add pineapple and raisins and gently toss to combine. Chill for about 10 to 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
