2 ccabbage, shredded

2 cpurple cabbage, shredded

1/2 craisins craisins or dried cherries

1lemon zest, grated

1squeezed lemon juice
- 3-2-1 SALAD DRESSING

3 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspmaple syrup
How To Make phytofit salad

1Shred and combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Add zest and lemon juice to protect apples and pears.

2SALAD DRESSING: Mix salad dressing ingredients in a bowl on dressing jar. I used a reusable plastic “ketchup” bottle and shake vigorously. Dressing will stay in the refrigerator for 7- 10 days (if it lasts that long!).
