This is a great accompaniment to any cookout or potluck. It takes a little time to prepare but worth it. It gets better the longer it sits. It makes a lot so I prepare it in a big Tupperware bowl.

1 lbbox medium shells

1 coil

2/3 ccider vinegar

1 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tsporegano

1 smonion, diced

2green peppers, diced

3 - 4 stalkcelery, diced

3tomatoes, cut into small chunks

1/2 lbprovolone cheese, diced

1/2 lbpepperoni stick, sliced thin

1 smcan black olives, sliced

1 smjar green olives, sliced
How To Make pepperoni salad - steph

1Cook shells and drain. While hot, mix oil, vinegar, salt, garlic salt, and oregano together. Pour over the shells. Let stand for two hours, stirring occasionally. Mix in the remainder of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving. I do not substitute any of the ingredients; be sure to use the provolone cheese.
