Ingredients For peanut crunch salad

4 cshredded cabbage

1 cfinely chopped celery

1/2 csour cream

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 tspsalt

1/4 cchopped green onion

1/4 cchopped green pepper

1/2 cchopped cucumber

1 Tbspbutter

1/2 ccoarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make peanut crunch salad

1Toss cabbage and celery together. Chill. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, onion, green pepper and cucumber in small bowl; chill. Just before serving, melt butter in small skillet and add peanuts and heat until lightly browned. Immediately stir un cheese. Toss chilled vegetables with dressing. Sprinkle peanut mixture on top and serve. Makes about 6 servings.
