A great recipe for a summer vegetable salad. Everyone enjoys this and was always a hit at the church potlucks.

Ingredients For pea salad

  • 1 bag
    frozen small peas, thawed
  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 3/4 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, cubed in small cubes
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dill
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make pea salad

  • 1
    Gently mix all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
