I love to make this for church dinners. It is quick and easy and soooo good. You can add any ingredients that you want. Sometimes I add shredded cheddar cheese and sunflower seeds. I get a lot of compliments on this dish. Enjoy.

Ingredients For pea salad

  • EASY PEA SALAD
  • 2 pkg
    peas, frozen (12 oz)
  • 1/2 c
    bacon bits
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonaise

How To Make pea salad

  • 1
    Thaw peas, Put in colander and run cold water over. Drain well. Add onion & bacon bits. Add mayonaise a little and stir then add a little more and stir. Mix well. Leave in frig. about an hour before serving. Serves 6-8 depends on the serving size.
