Ingredients For pea and corn salad

1 can(16 oz.) le suer peas

1 can(16 oz.) white corn

1 smjar chopped pimentoes
-
1 cchopped celery (3 ribs)

1 cchopped bell peppers
-
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1 tspwater
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1 tspeach: salt and pepper

1 csugar
How To Make pea and corn salad

1Put the vinegar, water, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and sugar into a pan and bring to a boil. When the sugar dissolves, remove pan from heat and cool.

2Drain the peas, corn, and pimentoes and add to the celery, peppers, and green onions.

3Pour cooled liquid mixture over the other ingredients. Put into the refrigerator and chill for 24 hours.
