A variation on the classic TABOULI Salad by using 1/2 PARsley and 1/2 KAle ala PARKABOULI. I make even healthier by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric.

Ingredients For parkabouli

1 cchopped kale

1 cchopped parsley

1 bunchchopped scallions

2 mdchopped fresh tomatoes

4 bunchchopped radish

2 mdchopped celery sticks

1 mdchopped cucumber

1 clemon juice

1/2 cev olive oil

1 pinchsalt to taste

1 pinchpepper to taste

1 pinchturmeric

1 csoaked and drained cracked bulgar wheat
How To Make parkabouli

1Soak Bulgar Wheat in water to start

2Chop all other ingredients as seen in photo

3Add Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Lemon Juice, Oil and mix thoroughly then drain Bulgar Wheat and add and mix
