Ingredients For our favorite broccoli salad

  • 4 c
    raw chopped broccoli
  • 1
    red or yellow pepper
  • 1 c
    chopped purple or green onion
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 3/4 c
    dried cranberries, raisins or currants
  • 1/2 c
    sunflower seeds or pecans
  • 1/2 c
    mayonaise
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    raspberry vinaigrette (i use kens raspberry pecan dressing)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make our favorite broccoli salad

  • 1
    Chop all the vegetables and toss. Add cooked bacon, cranberries or raisins, seeds or nuts.

    Mix mayo, yogurt, raspberry vinaigrette and sugar together. Pour over salad and mix.

    Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
